Free Thursdays (4 to 8 PM)

Thu, May 27–Thu, Oct 7, 2010  |  4:00–8:00PM
Wexner Center for the Arts

Admission to the galleries is free for everyone on Thursday evenings.

This summer you can see the first major survey of the work of leading American artist Mark Bradford, the 2009-10 Wexner Center Residency Award recipient in visual arts.

While you're here, take a lively, informative Walk-in Tour. Your docent (tour guide) introduces some of the many highlights in our current exhibition while also encouraging you to ask questions and express your own ideas. Meet at the entrance to the galleries at 5 PM. The tour will last about an hour. On the exhibition tour you may also talk about Works for Columbus, OH, an installation by artist Zoe Strauss on view in the lower lobby.

Make an evening of your visit to the exhibitions with a stop by the new farmer's market on the Wexner Center Plaza (open Thursdays from 4 PM to 7 PM) and stay for a flick from our A Summer Abroad: Cinema italiano film series. On July 15 and August 19, you can see a free film, outdoors on the plaza as part of the Wex Drive-In series.
