"We all get dressed for Bill."—Vogue editor Anna Wintour

New York Times photographer Bill Cunningham has been chronicling fashion trends and high society parties for the New York Times Style section for decades in his columns "On the Street" and "Evening Hours." Bill Cunningham New York presents a delicate, funny, and often poignant portrait of the artist/cultural anthropologist, wonderfully seasoned by interviews with uptown doyennes such as Anna Wintour, Tom Wolfe, and Brooke Astor. David Filipi, the Wexner Center's director of film/video, introduces the film. (84 mins., video)
