Reception | 7 PM

Sat, May 13, 2017 8 PM

Joe Pickett (The Onion) and Nick Prueher (Late Show with David Letterman) return to the Wex with an all-new edition of the Found Footage Festival, featuring newly unearthed VHS gems found at thrift stores across the country. This year’s program includes a collection of “satanic panic” videos from the 1980s, including the Law Enforcement Guide to Satanic Cults; outtakes and on-air bloopers from over 10 years of North Dakota local news; a star-studded Desert Storm parade sponsored by Taco Bell; and highlights from David Letterman’s video collection, inherited by the Found Footage Festival when Letterman retired. (program approx. 90 mins., video)

Join us for a drink before the event—we’ll have a cash bar in the lower lobby 7–8 PM.

Presented in conjunction with The Flyover Fest, a three-day arts festival featuring literature, film, music, panel discussions, and more May 11–13.
