What's in a name?
While growing up in Missouri, Korean American filmmaker Grace Lee was the only Grace Lee she knew. Once she left the Midwest she encountered many people who knew "another Grace Lee," and inexplicably they assumed all these other Graces to be dutiful, reserved overachievers. This witty, charming film investigates all of the Grace Lees that break this mold, examining issues of Asian American female identity in the process. (68 mins., video)
