Repeats every day until Thu Nov 30 2006 .

Using video animation to transform ordinary domestic interiors into magically surreal dreamscapes, Hiraki Sawa deals with ideas of time and travel, dislocation and displacement.
Born in 1977 in Japan, Sawa lives and works in London where he received a master's degree in sculpture from the Slade School of Fine Art, University College of London. He has had recent solo exhibitions at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden in Washington, D.C., and UCLA's Hammer Museum of Art in Los Angeles. Sawa was also included in the 2005 Yokohama Triennial and the 2003 Lyon Biennial. This program includes five works by the artist: Dwelling (2002, 9 mins.), Trail (2002, 14 mins.), Elsewhere (2003, 8 mins.), Migration (2003, 7 mins.), and 8 Minutes (2005, 8 mins.).

Please note: the Wexner Center is closed November 23.
