This Land Is Your Land is a moving and powerful expose of the overwhelming corporate takeover of America.
Weaving together an array of subjects—branding and consumerism, media conglomeration, political kickbacks, and the largest income disparity in the United State since the 1920s—the documentary sheds light on the extent to which corporations have seeped into every corner of people's personal lives. The filmmakers spent three years crisscrossing the country, interviewing everyday citizens, small-business owners, and such commentators as Naomi Klein, ultimately focusing on the memorable individuals who are fighting the status quo.
