Ohio Shorts Screening

Ohio Shorts

New short works by filmmakers and media artists from across the Buckeye state.

Sat, Apr 28, 2012 7 PM

Celebrate the vibrant community of Ohio filmmakers and video artists at Ohio Shorts, our showcase of short-form work that has been produced here in the Buckeye state during the past 18 months.

Now in its 17th year, Ohio Shorts features work from documentary to dramatic narrative to animation, and provides a platform for local artists to show their work in a theater setting.

Come early to mingle with artists and filmmakers from the Youth Division (age 18 and under) and the evening program at a public reception starting at 5:30 PM. Or come at 4:30 and see the Youth Division screening too.

Selections were judged by Jennifer Lange, Curator of the Wexner Center’s Film/Video Studio Program and Melissa Starker, freelance art and film writer for the Columbus Dispatch and Columbus Alive.
