Throughout the ages, erotic art has been created by some of the world’s most-revered artists, but it is rarely on public display.

Gaining access to carefully guarded collections around the world including the British Museum and the National Library of France (but not the Vatican, home of the world’s largest pornography collection), director Woditsch reveals books and images never before filmed or photographed. (77 mins., video)

Stay for a screening of Quills, based on Doug Wright’s play about the Marquis de Sade, whose original manuscript for 120 Days of Sodom is featured prominently in Secret Museums. With Geoffrey Rush, Kate Winslet, Joaquin Phoenix, and Michael Caine. (124 mins., 35mm)
