Tonight’s double bill features psychological thrillers.

Douglas Sirk’s noirish melodrama Sleep, My Love stars Claudette Colbert as a wife driven mad by her faithless husband, played by Don Ameche. (96 mins., 35mm) Anticipating Anthony Mann’s noir classics such as T-Men and Border Incident, the gothic thriller Strangers in the Night follows a vet lured into a psychological nightmare by the promise of love.
