The latest from Francois Ozon is a fresh take on 1950s' film melodrama. Melvil Poupaud stars as a young gay man facing mortality, with Jeanne Moreau as his grandmother. Inspired by the 1950s' melodramas of Douglas Sirk, Time to Leave features Melvil Poupaud as a young, successful gay man who suddenly learns he is dying. Faced with the impossible task of telling his family and boyfriend, he finds solace with his understanding grandmother, played by Jeanne Moreau.
