One of the most famous buildings in São Paulo (and beyond), Oscar Niemeyer's Edifício Copan is a sinuous sight to behold among the urban forest of high rises. Built between 1957 and 1966, Copan is one of the largest buildings in Brazil, housing about 5,000 residents, a number of shops and businesses and, more recently, artist studios and the alternative art space Pivô. Jennifer Lange spent the morning here, visiting Pivô and meeting with Cruzamentos artist Lucia Koch, whose studio is here. #wexviabrasil
