"Japan's most consistently face-melting, soul-stirring artists intersect…Kurihara expanding BORIS' reach with his gauzy, moody fretwork." —Pitchfork

Japanese mega-rock trio BORIS blew the roof off our black box space when they appeared here with drone masters SunnO))). Now they return with another special event, joining forces with psychedelic guitar god Michio Kurihara of Ghost fame, as well as like-minded collaborators Damon & Naomi from Boston. Expect hazy, hypnotic pyrotechnics and amped up sonic lightning of the highest order, plus a few detours into gentler shimmering psych-folk, all which can be previewed on BORIS and Kurihara’s recent multihued release, Rainbow.
