Indie sensation Conor Oberst and his band Bright Eyes visit the Wexner Center to perform songs from the highly anticipated new album I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning. Don't miss the only Ohio concert on this tour.

Tickets for this show are on sale now! Ultra-prolific indie wunderkind Conor Oberst and his star-kissed, Omaha-based band Bright Eyes are touring in conjunction with two new CDs that will be released on January 25 by Saddle Creek Records. Digital Ash in a Digital Urn reveals the more electric energy of Oberst's smart pop sound (reflecting his relocation to New York City). I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning furthers the folk-rock poetics and acoustic instrumentation at which he already excels.

At this concert, part of a tour of sit-down venues, Bright Eyes perform songs from I'm Wide Awake. Opening the show are CocoRosie, a sister duo whose ethereal and experimental approach to folk conjures a cracked poignancy, and tap-dancing songsters Tilly & The Wall, the first band signed to Oberst's own Team Love label.

Bright Eyes are poised for major success—advance singles from the new CDs immediately hit the #1 and #2 slots of Billboard's Hot 100 Singles chart, an unprecedented feat for an indie band. Tickets for this concert are sure to be snapped up fast, so don't delay.
