Maguy Marin will enthrall you with the powerful rhythmic refrains of her radical new work, Points de Fuite. This leading French dance theater artist made her Wexner Center debut with Waterzooi, a witty and poignant panorama of human emotions and foibles.

Points de Fuite takes the musical form of the fugue as a point of departure, with its permutations, progressions, and reversals informing her distinctive movement style.

Marin's regular musical collaborator Denis Mariotte sidesteps echoes of Bach for the rush and clamor of electric guitars, propelling her company of everymen and everywomen through dynamic crisscrossing patterns.
