"Massively recommended...the voracious music fan's dream."--Pitchfork

Girl Talk--a.k.a. Gregg Gillis--has ignited many a party and earned a rabid cult following with his sampledelic mash-up masterpieces. Peppered with his trademark, up-to-the minute sonic shards, Girl Talk's live sets promise plenty of audience participation and interaction--plus his Flashdance moves alone are said to be worth the price of admission. Girl Talk's latest release, Night Ripper (for the appropriately named Illegal Art label), not only flies in the face of current court rulings on sampling rights but shows how much fun flaunting it with style can be.

Columbus's own Times New Viking, recently signed to Matador Records, open the show with their urgent brand of art-damaged fuzz. The trio's last full-length recording, Dig Yourself, was hailed by Dusted as "classic lo-fi pop experimentalism and punk sentimentality...one of the most surprising records of the year."

Opening the show will be "digi grind tech-industrial negative wave-noise" duo from Cleveland, Rot Wylder.
