"Elegant, hazy pop. Four stars."—Mojo

San Francisco songwriter Jason Quever spearheads Papercuts, shaping a sound that PopMatters calls "part atmospheric, part dream pop rock, always melodic, and never boring." With some echoes of classic bands like the Byrds and Velvets, Papercuts create original tunes that beguilingly deliver punchy rhythmic hooks that won't leave your mind. Fans of bands like Beach House and Grizzly Bear (who both first played Columbus at the Wex) will likely respond strongly to Papercuts' own strain of addictive pop.
