Sea Wolf--Los Angeles musician Alex Brown Church, who took his stage name from Jack London's famed novel--draws on an array of acoustic and electronic instruments for his winning folk-infused sound. His upcoming album (produced by Mike Mogis of Bright Eyes) is already being tipped as one of fall's most anticipated releases, and his literate lyrics and beguiling melodic sense are sure to find favor with fans of Andrew Bird, The Decemberists, and Belle and Sebastian. Check out this ascendant talent--he's well worth your attention.
