"An enormous charisma."—Rolling Stone on Seu Jorge

Check out the beguiling Brazilian sounds of Celso Fonseca and Seu Jorge, whose Bowie covers were featured in The Life Aquatic. See these two stars together at their only coheadlining show in North America!

A star of the films City of God and The Life Aquatic (which featured his beguiling versions of David Bowie hits sung in Portuguese), Seu Jorge is one of the breakout artists from Brazil's favelas that have revitalized today's bossa nova scene. Columbus is the only city in North America that will hear Seu Jorge teamed with coheadliner Celso Fonseca from Rio. Fonseca's whispery seductive vocals and sublime guitar have also won a devoted international following from fans of new Brazilian sounds.

This evening's concert is standing room only due to a recent request from the artist. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Please visit the ticket office in Mershon Auditorium lobby for refunds.
