Gerard Charles, BalletMet's artistic director, is joined by special guests to discuss behind-the-scenes aspects of the performances. The talks start 30 minutes before the performance and take place in the orchestra pit.

Presented by BalletMet Columbus in association with the Wexner Center.

Thursday's guest is Stanton Welch, BalletMet's artistic associate and choreographer of Firebird.

Michael Kelly Bruce, associate professor in Ohio State's Department of Dance, joins Gerard Charles on Friday.

Karen Eliot, associate professor in Ohio State's Department of Dance, shares her insights on Saturday.
