Saturday Walk-in Tours

Sat, Apr 4, 2009 1 PMSat, July 25, 2009 1 PM
Repeats every week every Saturday until Sat Jul 25 2009 .

Make the most of your visit to our exhibitions. Take a lively, informative Walk-in Tour. Your docent (tour guide) introduces some of the many highlights in our three current exhibitions while also encouraging you to ask questions and express your own ideas.

The shows couldn't vary more in subject and approach, but each is a "first" for its featured artist or artists. Catch Air: Robin Rhode is this South African artist's first solo survey exhibition in a U.S. museum. COOP HIMMELB(L)AU: Beyond the Blue offers an intriguing look at the innovative work of this leading architecture firm, as well as the most extensive U.S. chronicle to date of its work. William Forsythe: Transfigurations is the first exhibition in this country to bring together a substantial body of the famed choreographer's video works and installations.

Saturday Walk-in Tours are free with admission to the galleries and begin at 1 PM. Tours last about an hour.
