Super Sunday: Painting Studio for All with Dan Gerdeman and Friends
Sun, Feb 5, 2017 12 PM

Everyone’s invited to explore the bold, colorful works of Carmen Herrera and a variety of painting techniques at this free day of art-making guided by experienced artists and educators. Taking inspiration from Herrera’s groundbreaking works, try your hand at investigating color, scale, and abstraction with a group of local painters whose expertise and styles range from figuration to abstraction, the minimalist to the whimsical.

Super Sunday is free for all audiences, including all art studio activities, admission to the galleries, and docent-led tours of the exhibition Carmen Herrera: Lines of Sight. Tours will depart from the lower lobby in front of the gallery entrances at 1 and 2 pm.
