Will Magda, a starry-eyed Parisian courtesan, finally find true love or will her sordid past return to consume her? Don’t miss Ohio State’s Opera and Lyric Theatre’s presentation of Puccini’s sparkling attempt to cross the boundary between opera and operetta with this rarely heard genre-pushing gem, La rondine (The Swallow). This performance is presented in collaboration with the Ohio State Symphony Orchestra, led by guest conductor Mark Lane Swanson.
