Megan Cavanaugh

Director of Patron Services

Director of Patron Services Megan Cavanaugh provides guidance and oversight for all points of direct contact with center visitors and patrons, including the ticket office and information desk, the house management staff and usher corps, the Wexner Center Store, and the center’s onsite café. She is also an integral member of the special events planning team.

Cavanaugh, who assumed her current role in 2011, has worked at the Wexner Center since 2002. She came to the center as a graduate administrative associate in the exhibitions department and rose through several positions in that department to become Head Registrar in 2006. She honed her skills in management while serving as both curator and registrar for Architecture Interruptus (2007) and as registrar for such complex exhibitions as Andy Warhol: Other Voices, Other Rooms (2008–9), Luc Tuymans (2009), and Mark Bradford (2010). Her diverse educational background encompasses a BA from Washington University in St. Louis, a master's degree in architecture (2003) from Ohio State’s Knowlton School of Architecture, and an MBA (2007) from Ohio State’s Fisher College of Business.
