Tonight's performance from SOAK. and Overcoats has been one of our most anticipated shows of 2016. SOAK.'s been on the rise or the last few years–including being shortlisted for the prestigious Mercury Prize last year and getting tapped for an opening slot for a sold-out run with the Lumineers earlier this month. Her gorgeous compositions, stunning voice, and incisive lyrics ("a teenage heart is an uguided dart" is one of our favorites) are going to be a perfect complement for our intimate Performance Space and a fitting end to our 2015–16 Next at Wex series.
