Scandalous classic with Mick Jagger and Anita Pallenberg.

Receiving an "X" rating when first released, Performance seemed destined to be a cult film from the very start.

A sadistic London thug (James Fox) forced into hiding finds his way into the Notting Hill home of a once-famous rock star (Mick Jagger), who lives there with two mysterious beauties (Anita Pallenberg, Michelle Breton).

The house specialty of psychedelic mushrooms leads to head trips, mind-screwing, and the swapping of both bodies and personalities. (105 mins.)
