(Alfred Hitchcock, 1958)

So many of you expressed disappointment over missing last year's Valentine's Day screening of Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo in 70mm that we decided to bring it back.

Jimmy Stewart stars as a retired cop hired to follow a friend’s wife (Kim Novak) who is obsessed with a woman who committed suicide a century earlier. But Scottie (Stewart) ends up falling in love with Madeline (Novak), really falling for her. Filled with all the elements that make a Hitchcock film great—intrigue, psychological drama, and, of course, a surprise ending—it is regarded as one of his finest films. Vertigo is a film that only improves with repeated viewings, don’t miss your chance to see it again in 70mm. (128 mins., 70mm)
