Join us to celebrate the incredible legacy of film and video created at the Wexner Center. This special evening begins at 7 PM at the Wex, where Film/Video Studio editor Paul Hill and Academy Award–nominated, Emmy-winning filmmaker Steven Bognar present Made in Ohio, part of Picture Lock: 25 Years of Film/Video Residencies at the Wex. Hill and Bognar will share some of their favorite Ohio-made works from the studio archives and discuss the challenges and opportunities of making films in the Buckeye State.
Following the discussion, we’ll take the celebration to Seventh Son Brewing, where you can mingle with the filmmakers while enjoying some made-in-Ohio beers and bites from local favorite food truck Aromaku. This event is free, but RSVPs are requested—and be sure to share your favorite song by an Ohio artist on the RSVP form! We’ll pass all song suggestions along to DJ George Brazil to help keep the party in an Ohio state of mind.
