Each producer with the help of a team is in charge of the entire project; from selecting a possible film, restoring, acquiring/making supplements, interviewing, and design. Really the only time you will hear actual employees talk about their work directly and see it isnt some super secret society nobody knows about. These hour-long videos can be found online.
