Fanciful Furniture

In this workshop for children ages 6 to 12 and their families, we'll build, decorate, and personalize a chair fit for...you! If you could choose any chair to have in your bedroom, what would it look like? Would it be cozy with cushions? Would it be a regal throne covered in jewels? In this workshop, we'll look at how artist Franz West has changed the mood of the Wexner Center Café through his fabrics and furniture design. With the help of mom, dad, or an adult friend, you'll build your fantasy chair and decorate it to express who you are to the world.
