wex grid image fill

This program presented by Ohio State's Department of Art and cosponsored by the Wexner Center features Ohio State alumna and ceramicist Sylvia Korn Rosen and ceramic historian and curator Margaret Carney. In a brief opening talk, Ohio State alumna and ceramicist Sylvia Korn Rosen describes her 1937ñ41 studies in the ceramics program at Ohio State University, one of the oldest such programs in the country. She also shows examples of her more recent work. Ceramic historian and curator Margaret Carney, a visiting faculty member in Ohio State's ceramics program during autumn quarter, then explores a new methodology for interpreting ceramic world history that reconsiders the nature of genius.
