Putting It Together: Uniting the Visual Arts, Writing, and Opera

The Wexner Center, Thurber House, and Opera Columbus will guide you to look, write, and listen as you and your colleagues work to create an opera "collage" inspired by the works of visual artist Mark Bradford. You will explore the galleries of the Wexner Center, exercise your creative writing skills with Thurber House educators, and create an "improv" opera to be performed by Opera Columbus—all while learning how to incorporate the arts into your classes.
