On Pause

Two Black women sit on a gallery floor with their backs against one another. They are barefoot and have their eyes closed in meditation.

This spring, join us in the galleries and cocreate space for connection, grounding, and discussion.

Press pause in the middle of your week to experience meditative, creative techniques that link body, senses, mind, mood, and environment. For each of these sessions, we will gather at the entrance to the galleries and travel into the exhibition together. Meditation cushions will be provided.
