"Breathlessly exciting and enormously sexy."--DOT MUSIC

Sleek Euro-beat foursome Ladytron casts a deeper spell with its latest release, The Witching Hour. On this outing the band relies less on retro synth bleeps and reaches for a fuller sonic palette, pumping out dreamy rhythms and ominously oscillating atmospherics. As Pitchfork put it, the band's new sound "not only has a pulse, it has cold blood in its veins." Ladytron's debut at the Wexner Center sold out, so don't wait to pick up your tickets.

Sub Pop–signed, Sao Paulo-based sextet CSS is justifiably proud of its purposefully raw electropop that exudes anarchic spirit and intense, dance club energy. Check out their debut CD, Cansei de Ser Sexy (Tired of Being Sexy), for a preview of their live-wire set.
