Artist and provocateur Gregory Green is perhaps best known for his fascinating and realistic replicas of bombs and other dangerous objects, designed to provoke discussion about issues of individual empowerment, systems of authority, and the boundaries of art, activism, and social commentary. M.I.T.A.R.B.U (Mobile Internet, Television and Radio Broadcast Unit), a retrofitted VW camper featured in the Wexner Center's recent Away from Home exhibition, continues artist Gregory Green's explorations of the control and availability of technology by providing access to mass communication systems.

Green's recent projects also include the creation of a new nation, the Free State of Caroline.

Presented by Ohio State's Department of Art. Cosponsored by the Wexner Center.
