Informal presentations by artists.

Tue, Feb 1, 2005 4:30 PM

A graduate of the Ohio State University, artist Lenard Brown returns to campus to discuss his recent work, Earth Amma. Inspired by the everyday environment, Brown juxtaposes such objects as parking meters and road signs with African masks and icons to create new imagery.

Brown is an assistant professor at the University of Texas-Pan American where he teaches painting and printmaking.

Presented by Ohio State's Student Printmaking Association. Cosponsored by the Wexner Center.
