Trick out your own skateboard with D. Pendleton, a graphic artist for Alien Workshop, the out of this world skateboard entrepeneurs from Dayton. Decks are included in the materials fee.

Advance registration is required. This spring's wexLab workshops coincide with the exhibition Splat Boom Pow! The Influence of Cartoons in Contemporary Art, on view through May 2 at the Wexner Center Galleries at The Belmont Building.

Alien Workshop produces some of the coolest skateboard stuff around, and you can too. Graphic artist D. Pendleton comes over from Dayton to work with you on your own individual skateboard designs.

Looking for inspiration? You can also check out the Splat Boom Pow! exhibition, and see three decks decorated by artist Keith Haring.

Advance registration is required. Scholarships are available to cover materials fees. For more information or to register, please call 614 247-6835 or e-mail agregory@wexarts.org.
