Three Monkeys

I have always thought that two of the best ways we learn about each other and other cultures are through food and film. We combined the best of both last Friday night with a screening of the great Turkish filmmaker Nuri Bilge Ceylan's latest Three Monkeys followed by a reception organized by the Turkish American Association of Central Ohio featuring an amazing array of delicacies. It was a wonderful communal experience and a great opportunity to share one's thoughts on the film while feasting on some absurdly delicious Turkish desserts.
