Fantastic Voyage

In Fantastic Voyage, a defecting Russian scientist who has perfected a top-secret “miniaturization” program is nearly assassinated. To save his life (and to extract his secrets) a team of American scientists in a submarine are shrunk to microscopic size and injected into the Russian to remove the blood clot before he dies and they return to normal size.
