Look Both Ways

Winner of virtually all of the Australian film industry's highest awards, Look Both Ways is the first live-action feature from acclaimed Australian animator Sarah Watt. Time magazine calls this film "wonderful…Watt captures the protean nature of life with dazzling dexterity." This whimsical, compassionate film focuses on a young woman constantly daydreaming of impending disaster, visions Watt renders with her unique animations. When she finally does witness a real accident, it transforms her life by opening it up to strangers trying to break free of their own isolation and confusion.
