Low and Pedro The Lion

Duluth-based trio Low return with the fresh new sound created for The Great Destroyer, their debut release for renowned indie label Sub Pop. Enigmatic rock band Pedro The Lion, fronted by songwriter Dave Bazan, also headlines the show.

Tickets are on sale now. Low's The Great Destroyer project was produced by Dave Fridmann, who's worked with The Flaming Lips, Modest Mouse, and Mogwai among others. Shelving for the moment their refuse-to-rock slowcore tendencies with this release, Low surprisingly amp it up (well, to a degree anyway), while retaining their unique charm and superb lyricism.

Dave Bazan of Pedro The Lion weaves parables of spiritual conflict and suburban ennui into magnetic, well-crafted songs. His literate, emotionally charged narratives display an eye for telling detail.
