Linford Detweiler and Karin Bergquist, the Cincinnati-based couple who are the core of Over the Rhine, are about to release The Trumpet Child, another outstanding collection of burnished and heartfelt new songs. Alt-country accents again figure prominently in their polished song craft, and Bergquist�s exquisite, jazz-tinged vocals continue to captivate listeners.
