Ann Wicks Some Like It Hot

Ann Wicks, an associate professor of art history at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, discusses modern Chinese Art with particular reference to the Sichuan Academy. Ann Wicks's lecture, like that by Joan Lebold Cohen on January 20, is presented in conjunction with Chongqing Chilis: American Tour, an exhibition of contemporary prints and paintings spanning the past decade of Chinese art. Traveling from the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts in China, the exhibition is on view through Thursday, February 5, at Hopkins Hall Gallery (128 North Oval Mall).
