Bill Bippes

Bill Bippes has been teaching art for over 30 years in public schools, art schools, state and junior colleges, and four-year private institutions. His area of specialization is drawing with an emphasis on illustration. His talk this evening focuses on the relevance of printmaking in a digital world.
