Gerard Charles, BalletMet's artistic director, is joined by special guests to discuss behind-the-scenes aspects of the performances. The talks start 30 minutes before the performance and take place in the orchestra pit.

Presented by BalletMet Columbus in association with the Wexner Center. Thursday's guest is Stanton Welch, BalletMet's artistic associate and choreographer of Firebird.
