Meet Omarthan Clarke, Ohio State graduate student, painter, and community educator at his Weinland Park–inspired mural located at the corner of High Street and Fifth Avenue on the Dress for Success building. Clarke was one of the local artists-in-residence who worked with the R.I.S.E. Youth Program as part of 2015’s Weinland Park Billboard Project.
