British artist Phil Collins and Bill Horrigan, the Wexner Center's curator of media arts, discuss Collins's They Shoot Horses, a two-screen, seven-hour video installation. Horrigan organized the Wexner Center's exhibition of They Shoot Horses and related photographs by Collins.
