The Roots of Contemporary Art

This after-school workshop for teachers is designed to introduce the major ideas that have motivated artists throughout history and that continue to manifest themselves in contemporary art. The often challenging art of our time is placed in a familiar context, and participants gain practical experience in the inquiry method of learning.
