wexLab: video room

In this two-day workshop, you'll investigate what happens when you take the moving image out of the theater and into the gallery, or even the outside world.

Working with artist Kathleen Ruffalo, you'll dive into the works of Andy Warhol currently on view in our galleries and venture into the realm of the everyday spectacle, a significant idea for the innovative artist. Fueled by these concepts and the boundless possibilities installation allows video makers, the class will also create an extension to the galleries with a collaborative installation in the Performance Space. Lunch and all materials are provided.
