Playlist: Say Amen, Somebody

In the 1983 documentary Say Amen, Somebody, director George T. Nierenberg captures the joy and emotion of gospel music while focusing on two of its legendary performers, Thomas A. Dorsey and Willie May Ford Smith. Unseen for nearly 30 years, it's been newly restored and is coming to the Wex June 21–22.
