• We’re excited and so grateful to share the news that The Ohio History Fund has awarded the Wex funding to support our oral history project, which was launched to capture the center’s history through memories from curators, artists, staff, and more.
• Cinema Columbus announced its opening night film: Hargrove, debuting April 26 with pre- and post-screening events. We’re partnering with the fest again for 2023; more program details will be announced near the end of March.
• In other movie news, the Cleveland International Film Festival revealed its lineup, which starts rolling out March 22.
• Sunday, Bridgerton series author Julia Quinn stops by the Columbus Metropolitan Library’s Main Branch.
• Tuesday afternoon, Art Possible Ohio hosts a free Zoom chat with six artists about the creative process.
• 934 Gallery has a new show on view: Effigies. Featured artists include photographer Marcus Morris, who spoke to Matter about his work.
• WOSU-FM’s All Sides host Ann Fisher announced that she’ll retire May 26.
